The menu for this week03/07/2022 low carb/keto friendly meal prep, CHEF SALAD,, TUSCAN CHICKEN and TURKEY BURGER STEAK WITH ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS. Sides: broccoli, zucchini and brown rice.. If losing weight & getting fit is a part of your 2022 goals, allow me to assist you on your journey. Due to a great response from my post earlier this week I've decided to offer meal prep. All meals are based on a low carb/keto friendly menu. This week menu will be 2 grilled salmon w/shrimp, 3 cream cheese & Spinach stuffed chicken, 3 tuscan chicken and 2 sausage & pepper with a marinara sauce. All meals will be served with vegetables.
