Our current dessert lineup brings together bright tropical flavors, rich chocolate, and a few playful twists on familiar favorites.

🍓 Strawberry Sando — our take on the Japanese fruit sando, layered with soft bread, lightly sweetened cream, and delicate strawberry “petals” for a fresh, almost floral presentation.

🥭 Purple Mango Sticky Rice — vibrant purple sticky rice paired with ripe mango and a silky coconut sauce. A classic combination of creamy, sweet and tropical flavors.

A tropical blend of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and ginger, the Island Mule is bright, refreshing, and the perfect companion to your meal.

Due to the overwhelming number of reservation requests, we’re excited to announce that Fusion Five will be OPEN on Saturday, July 4th! 🇺🇸

We can’t wait to welcome you in, have you experience our special event menu, and share everything we’ve been working so hard on. This is just the beginning—we’re already putting the finishing touches on even more exciting menu additions that will be rolling out over the next couple of weeks.

Fusion 5 officially opens this Monday, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you!

Hours:
🌅 Monday–Saturday: 6:00 AM–9:00 PM (Closed from 2:00–4:00 PM.)
☀️ Sunday: 6:00 AM–10:30 AM

Whether you’re joining us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we’ve created a menu with something for everyone.

Enjoy authentic favorites like Lahpet Thoke and the Pad Thai so many of you came to love from Best Thai in Janesville—now available right here in Mankato.

Looking to try something new? Sink your teeth into our Miso Wagyu Burger, Gochujang Sticky Wings, or our Wagyu Medallions topped with our signature Shiitake Bordelaise, a combination that has quickly become a guest favorite.

And we’re just getting started! Over the next few weeks, we’ll be expanding our menu with even more exciting dishes, giving you plenty of reasons to come back and explore what’s next.
