FOOD & BEVERAGE SHOUT OUT — BEHIND THE SCENES 🍽️🍸
Pictured are two people you may have seen at one of our Olde Brick House locations over the years — Justin and Jolene.
Justin is the Kitchen Manager at Olde Brick House Rochester, but what you may not know is that he was also the original Kitchen Manager at Olde Brick House Saint Cloud nearly 10 years ago when the Olde Brick House brand first came to life.
And when you look at the Olde Brick House menu and how it has evolved over the years, Justin has played a major role in so many of those changes. The Mahi Mahi dish so many guests love? Justin. The Chicken Piccata? Justin. His passion for food, creativity, and commitment to the brand truly show in what comes out of our kitchens, and we are incredibly appreciative of everything he brings to Olde Brick House.
Then there’s Jolene, our Director of Marketing & Beverage for Letnes Restaurant Group. What you might not know is that Jolene was the original General Manager of Olde Brick House Saint Cloud nearly 10 years ago.
Those tent parties at Saint Cloud? The parade? Many of those events and memories had Jolene working behind the scenes to bring them to life. Her love for the Olde Brick House brand is still just as strong today — whether she is mentoring our incredible leadership teams, creating new cocktails, helping with menus, marketing, branding, promotions, or dreaming up what comes next.
So the next time you enjoy a cocktail, see a new menu feature, or try a dish you love, there are often people behind the scenes who have been pouring their passion into Olde Brick House for years.
Justin and Jolene are just two of those people, and both would be the first to say they are incredibly lucky to work alongside such amazing leadership teams, staff, and guests who love Olde Brick House just as much as they do.
