We are still in awe of the NINETEEN COUNTRIES represented this week during World Wide Sires' World Dairy Expo visit. 🌎✈️ It was our pleasure to serve and connect 285 individuals to the wonders of Wisconsin agriculture. These were the countries we counted:

Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Russia, Japan, Turkey, France, the UK, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Sweden, Ukraine, Australia, Italy, South Africa, and Switzerland.

For the third year in a row, we had the honor of hosting a total of 285 international visitors and staff from World Wide Sires, Ltd. for a farm-to-table meal before they headed back to World Dairy Expo. 🌎 🥛

We loved connecting these guests to Wisconsin agriculture from all corners of the globe—including Argentina, Costa Rica, Australia, Sweden, and several other countries.

We value this continued partnership and thank you for making us a regular stop on your annual travels!

Fall flavors are BACK at the Wisconsin Cafe! 🍁

Starting this Thursday, we're excited to launch a few new autumn additions to our menu!

Apple Honey Pancakes 🥞 Buttermilk pancakes, local apple chutney, Sunset Apiaries honey, pecans, and homemade whipped cream.

Shaved Beef Sandwich 🥪 House-roasted shaved beef from Newton Meats Inc., BelGioioso Provolone, and horseradish aioli on a baguette.

Fall Salad 🥗 Lone Duck Farms lettuce, roasted butternut squash, apples, dried cranberries, pecans, and BelGioioso Cheese shaved parmesan, served with a maple dressing.

Don't forget to try Chef Andrew's homemade soups, too! 🍲 Open Thursdays–Saturdays from 8 AM–2:30 PM.

Today we said a bittersweet farewell to Abigail Winkel as she begins an exciting new chapter staying home with her children full-time! With baby #2 arriving any day now, we couldn't be happier for her and her growing family. 🍼❤️

Abigail has left a lasting mark on the Farm Wisconsin brand. From launching new events, workshops, and STEM activities to scripting and joining morning live TV segments and in-studio interviews, her passion for Wisconsin agriculture has inspired everyone around her.
