We want to thank Skip for his dedication to the dough for 2 years. He's the one making all the dough for our bagels, and we count on him to be an absolute nerd for bread. Beyond that, he was our first customer when we opened 5 years ago, and thankfully hasn't been scared away as we've grown.

This year, he and his amazing wife Mattie opened a printmaking studio store front on Manitou Ave, basically across the street from us, called Mattie & The Kitties. If you haven't seen it yet, it's absolutely incredible.

Come grab a bagel, then hop over to buy some art so we can support this amazing human double time!
