Utilities typically run about $100 per person if four people rent the unit. It truly depends upon how warm or cold you keep the unit during certain times of the year. I take care of all the yard work and I pay the trash bill.

Available August 1, 2023, through the end of July 2024. This unit has four dedicated parking stalls off the alley. We will rent to either 3 people for $1000 per month or 4 people for $1200 per month. This is the only remaining unit we have for 2023 through 2024.

Both Sides of our Duplex will be available starting August 1st 2021, the lease is 12 month lease that would end July 30, 2022.

Both sides almost identical in layout, the only difference is that 615 Moro is on street parking of Moro and 613 Moro has designated parking stalls off the alley.

Each unit has for 4 bedrooms, so $275 per bedroom ($1,100 total per month) or what we have done in recent past is rent to 3 roommates and then the 4th Bed Room is used as a large walk in closet or storage area. If there is only three roommates we ask for $300 per person ($900 total per month).

Both units has washer and dryer, dish washer, two bath rooms both with tub/shower, refrigerator, gas heating, AC, gas hot water heater, large open area for the kitchen and living room.

We do allow one pet per unit (cat or dog).

This is the layout of our 613 Moro Unit that is available Aug 1 2021 through July 30 2022. Total square footage is 1200, with free washer and dryer unit, dish washer, garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove and oven. We are looking for 3 tenants for $300 per person or four tenants for $275 per person. We allow a pet for this unit. Private parking is available off the alley. Tenants pay electric, water, sewer and gas. Landlord takes care of all lawn care and trash service.

Both my wife and I live and work in Manhattan. This our only rental, we are not a big company, we designed and built this duplex our selves in 2004, our goal is to provide a clean and safe facility for our tenants.

Our duplex unit, both sides are now full rented for the 2020 - 2021 school year. We greatly appreciate everyone that has contacted us and those of you that helped spread the word for us as well to get it rented.
