Stillness lives in the rituals that have held us for generations.
It’s waiting quietly in the ancestral practices that were at home the whole time: in a mother’s unhurried tea, in whispered poetry, and in the small pauses many of us rush past.
These practices carry their own wisdom as an invitation to move with presence, to savor, and to be here fully.
In this month’s Letter, I’m sharing more on how the practice we’re searching for has been quietly searching for us all along.
