If I had to choose one cupcake that perfectly captures summer, it would be my Strawberry Shortcake. ❤️

It starts with a soft yellow cake, filled with a sweet strawberry filling, then topped with fluffy whipped vanilla cream cheese icing, strawberry crunch, and a juicy strawberry. Every bite is light, fresh, and packed with that classic strawberry shortcake flavor we all know and love.

It's one of my favorites because it's the perfect balance of sweet without being too heavy. It's always a hit with bothkids and adults, which is always a plus! Whether you're celebrating something special or just treating yourself, this cupcake always feels like a little taste of summer.
