I still remember opening Buba in 2018 with nothing but a dream and a lot of energy.

The last few years have been a journey — growing, learning, making mistakes, and figuring things out.

Somewhere along the way, I stepped away from what I loved most… creating.

Time to bring that back. ❤️

Smaller menu. Better ex*****on. More specials. More creativity. More Buba energy.

I’m back in the kitchen. 🔥

Dear Buba Family,

With the government reopening, our free meal program has officially come to an end.

Over the past weeks, we were able to share over 500 warm meals across our locations — and we couldn’t have done it without you.
Your kindness, your Pay-It-Forward donations, and your support made it possible for us to keep this going as long as we did. Truly, thank you.

When people needed help, our community stepped up.
When families couldn’t access SNAP/EBT benefits or government employees were without paychecks, Buba was able to be there — not because we’re a big company, but because our community has a big heart.

🍜 Chicken Noodle Soup
🍛 Chicken Fried Rice
Hundreds of bowls, hundreds of smiles, and a reminder that when times get tough, we look out for each other.

Buba has always been more than a restaurant — it’s family.
And together, we proved that again.

From Manchester to Concord to Keene, thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and standing with us.
We’re grateful, and we’re proud of what our community accomplished together.

With love and appreciation,
The Buba Team

“One person at a time.” ❤️

Thank you Concord Monitor for the beautiful article highlighting local businesses stepping up to help during the SNAP delays.

At Buba, our heart has always been simple — to make sure no one in our community goes hungry. Food is comfort. Food is kindness. Food connects us. 🍜

Grateful for everyone who’s shared, donated, or simply cheered us on. Every act of kindness counts.

Together, we can make a difference — one warm meal at a time. 🙏

Dear Community,

When we started offering free meals to those affected by the shutdown and EBT delays, we simply wanted to help — and your response has been incredible. Across our three Buba locations, hundreds of meals have been shared, reminding us that kindness truly matters.

We’re a small, family-run group of restaurants doing our best to keep this going. Some have warned us about the strain, and it’s true — it hasn’t been easy. But we believe that when you lead with heart, good things follow.

💕 How you can help:
• Dine with us — every meal supports this effort.
• Contribute to our Pay-It-Forward Fund at any Buba location.
• Share this post and spread kindness.

What we do matters, and with your support, we’ll keep serving — one bowl at a time.

With gratitude,
The Buba Team

❤️ The Heart Behind Buba

We’ve had people ask why we’re doing this — giving out free meals when small businesses are struggling too.

The truth is, it’s something that’s been in our hearts long before Buba ever opened its doors.

I grew up in Central Vietnam, a place that faces floods and storms every year. During those times, even a small bag of ramen noodles could mean everything. My family didn’t have much, but we always shared what we could. My mom still does — every year she donates food and money to help thousands of people back home.

That’s where this comes from.
We may not have a lot, but we have enough to share.

At Buba, food has never been just food — it’s comfort, care, and a reminder that kindness always matters.
