Hello all,

I’ve been getting more well-wishes than usual so I feel it’s time for an update.
1st-I have a new niece!!!❤️
2nd-I currently remain in remission.
The good days are FAR outnumbering the bad days and for that I’m thankful.
This month marks the last 3rd of my program with mid February being the last of the chemo.🤞
I can’t thank everyone enough for all the love directed my way during this and I look forward to shining it back your way in the future.

Sadly, Taso’s will be CLOSED for an UNDETERMINED amount of time as it’s my turn to say F**K CANCER.

I have a WELL ABOVE AVERAGE chance at beating this but the road is long and Smillow Cancer Center @ Yale-NH will be my home for a month or two. A member of my family will be in touch this week with any caterings that have been booked as I have to concentrate on myself right now. I thank you for all of the support over the years and can’t wait to serve the community in the future. Please consider donating blood and especially platelets…they literally saved my life.

Blood donors report feeling a sense of great satisfaction after making their blood donation. Why? Because helping others in need just feels good. Donate blood today to help those in need.

Our phone cord got ripped out from the base. ( Cant make this stuff up ). We are open but probably won’t have our phones back until after 8:30. Meet Us at the Mills!

We are taking a paid day off today, Saturday, May 14th. While I am sorry to miss out on the sales, one look at myself and my staff’s faces at 11:30 last night made it an easy decision. We are open Mother’s Day. Enjoy the day!

We will be closed today, Thursday, May 11th and Friday May 12th. We will be open all weekend.

I apologize but I’ve bitten off more than I can chew this week. We have had 1-3 catering gigs a day and a big event Friday night that we have to prepare for. This is a learning experience for me and I will get better at balancing our cafe hours with catering and being honest with myself of what I’m capable of handling in a week.

I want to thank all my staff who count on the cafe for their living but pitched in to help with catering. We hope to see you all Saturday and Sunday and look forward to getting back to a normal schedule next week.
