Sometimes the whole table can agree on one thing. Wings. 🍗🔥

Crispy, saucy and served with house-made blue cheese dressing & crisp vegetables. The only hard part is choosing your flavor:

🔥 Buffalo — Mild or Sweaty
🧄 Garlic Parmesan
🍯 Honey BBQ
🌶️ Cajun Dry Rub
🤠 Cool Ranch Dry Rub

We’re open to the public, so grab a cold drink, order a tray and stay awhile.

Which flavor are you ordering first? 👇

The forecast is telling us one thing… patio season isn’t over yet. ☀️🍂

We’re holding onto every last patio day we can at The Hollow. Grab a table, order your favorite, sip on a drink, and enjoy lunch or dinner outside while the weather is still on our side.

Good food, cold drinks, and Manchesters only waterfront view — we’re not ready to give that up just yet.

The Hollow is open to the public 7 days a week.

We’re hiring at The Hollow! 🍽️

As we head into a busy season of dining, events and celebrations, we’re looking to add a few great people to our team.

Our biggest needs right now are Kitchen Staff with restaurant and/or banquet experience, along with an experienced Banquet Captain who can help lead events and jump behind the bar when needed.

Versatility is a big plus. If you’re dependable, experienced and enjoy being part of a team that knows how to handle a busy service, we’d love to hear from you.
