We’ve been busy in the kitchen this week! We made enough fresh gelato to fill every pan we own — over 242 liters and 2,600 scoops! 🍦

During cookie season last spring, a juliette scout named Ella came into the shop and confidently told us Girl Scout cookies would make the best gelato toppings. She was not only the best saleswoman I had ever encountered.. she was absolutely right.

She’s the reason we created our Samoa-inspired batch last year and it ended up being one of your favorites we have ever made! 💚
