Family owned, running together as a team cooking and serving up DELICIOUS BBQ to our community. You throw the party, we provide the food.

Joe’s meat is smoked for hours on end on his custom built (by him) wood fired smoker. Offering weekly BBQ box meals, perfect for a family style dinner that is convenient and delicious. We also are happy to offer private catering for groups of 12 to 200. Ask about a complete Pig Roast Party. Store front location found at Stafford Township Little League Snack Shack supporting our favorite athletes and their families who like quality, convenient and delicious food served by friendly faces!

Just wanted to thank you for everything. The food was excellent and Ryan and Hailey were amazing. Sooo helpful and kind and polite and I could go on !! I sent the Zelle this morning for the extra hour. Much appreciated.

As much as today has become a day of Bbq’s and the unofficial start of summer it is important to remember the true reason behind this holiday.
