It’s the perfect day to enjoy the patio! 🤩 We have a variety of new drinks in that are refreshing for summer! We like to think of it as a “secret menu” from inside the cafe. So if you have a favorite drink from next door, ask one of the baristas and they can always grab it for you to enjoy in the cafe as well. ✨ We are absolutely in love with Agua Fresca. A classic Mexican beverage with a sparkling twist. 💞

Our featured pasta is a vegetarian penne tossed in a homemade herbaceous pesto, perfectly paired with our seasonal salad—a classic Caprese with ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic.

When people ask why we made our signature dish a corn dog, my answer is always the same:

“Because who doesn’t love a corn dog?” 🤗

From the beginning, we wanted Café Nouveau to be a place where everyone feels welcome. Sometimes people see a beautiful space or hear words like “local,” “artisan,” or “house-made” and assume we’re fancy. The truth is, we’re just passionate about good food and good company.

Our corn dog is a little reminder that great food doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s something that brings people together through a shared sense of nostalgia. It’s the fairground favorite you loved as a kid, made with ingredients we’re proud of.

We make ours with heirloom organic corn flour from , your choice of a Glazier’s red hot or Nathan’s Famous all-beef hot dog, and finish it with our house-made maple mustard featuring local Moon Valley Maple Syrup.

A little nostalgic. A little elevated. Still a corn dog.

And that’s kind of the point. 🤍
