Sho-Me Butts BBQ & More We are closed until further notice! Thank you and welcome to our page! We are a new Business starting out, but we are not new to the business!

Let me first introduce ourselves, we are Darion and Angela (Angie) Tanner, we have been married for 22 years, we live in Clarkton, Mo., and We have 2 children Brandon and Taylor. Darion has been cooking for years and we have helped out friends and family in the vending business and Competition cooks, such as Shawn and Misty Murphy-Smokebusters BBQ and Tim and Kathy Sills- Smelly Butts "n" BBQ/Mul

etuf trailors/smokers. We are proud to say that Kathy and Tim is Darion's sister and brother-in-law. Darion is the person who actually got Tim interested in building smokers and BBQ. Darion found an old cylinder tank and called Tim and asked him if he would be interested in trying to build him a rotisserie smoker out of it and Tim took on the challenge and has run with it ever since, he builds the best rotisserie smokers in the area! We will not have a permanent location, we will be set up in different towns and events. So keep an eye on our page and subscribe to our events to know where we are going to be next. Sho-Me Butts BBQ was our competition name years ago so we just decided to keep that name and add "& More" because I will be cooking homecooked meals a few Sundays a month and selling plate lunches, so be sure to like and follow our page to keep up with all the dates and times that either Darion or myself will be cooking! This type of business has always been a dream and passion of ours and we just decided to spread our wings and fly with it. So hopefully with the help and support of our great friends, family and our new customers we will be able to "SOAR" to new heights! It will be challenge but Darion and I have accepted that challenge with open minds and hearts and are ready to see what lies ahead! Thanksgiving menu......🦃

I will be making the following side dishes, that will be available.

✅Chicken and Dumplings: half pan $40
✅ Dressing: half pan $40
✅Green Bean casserole: half pan $20
✅Hashbrown casserole: half pan $35
✅Sweet Potato casserole: half pan $40

Normal portion servings, a Half pan will feed 10-12 people easily!

I'm also offering "The dinner for 4", again this year. It has been a great hit the last couple of years....
