Employee Spotlight: Franca

Franca: I feel incredibly grateful and lucky to be part of the Freshies family. Erik and Melodie have always given me their support, trust, and so much kindness. I started working here in the kitchen, and later they gave me the opportunity to be part of the front of the house—something I’m deeply thankful for. Their belief in me has meant so much.

I’m also so grateful for our customers. The energy here feels like a real community—a place filled with warmth, support, and a genuine family vibe. Every day feels meaningful because of the people who walk through our doors, and I feel blessed to be surrounded by so much love and connection.

We’re so lucky to have Franca as part of our team. Try the shrimp scampi omelette—her favorite Freshies dish—next time you visit!
