Established in 2016, Albas Cuban Coladas has taken the beautiful island of Maui by storm. Being the very first and ONLY (for now) authentic Cuban Coffee and Cuisine, Alba's has brought the sazon (flavor) of Cuba and culture to many of the locals and tourists that visit the island. Cuban coffee is known around the world to be one of the strongest yet most unique coffee there is. Served in small por

tions due to the strength and potency, a thimble sized shot of Cuban espresso (a buchito) will be enough to get you through a long day, or maybe, even through a long night. Albas Cuban Coladas was named after our grandmother Alba who dedicated her entire life to making sure the family stayed full in heart, and ofcourse, in stomach! The company logo contains Albas original signature that was taken off an old postcard from Cuba. She becomes alive again through her recipes we use and through the food we serve.

If you’ve been with us for a while, you know we’ve always tried to keep things as affordable as possible without ever lowering the quality of what we serve. But after holding the same prices since 2023, we have to make an adjustment starting tomorrow.

Running a small business in Hawaii comes with real costs, and behind this cart is our family, our livelihood, and 10 years of showing up for this community we love so much. (We hope to be around for another 10)❤️
