For more than 8 years, Brick & Brews has served hand-tossed, wood-fired pizzas made from scratch. We are grateful to everyone who has supported our small, family-owned restaurant over the years♥️
Summer in Texas is especially challenging for small restaurants, and this year has been no exception. Because Tuesdays have not brought in enough dinner guests to justify staffing the kitchen and firing the oven, we have adjusted our schedule and introduced **Tasting Tuesdays** instead.🥂
On Tuesdays, enjoy:

🥗 Salads
🧀 Charcuterie
🍽️ Appetizers that do not require the oven
**Pizza service hours:**
- **Wednesday–Friday:** Starting at 5 PM
- **Saturday:** 11 AM–2 PM and 5 PM–9 PM
We are also currently short-staffed as kids head back to school. On occasion, we may need to close or adjust our hours when we do not have enough staff to safely and properly prepare our pizzas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to communicate schedule changes.
We want to continue serving this community for many years to come. However, until we see more customers filling the restaurant during our current hours, we cannot add additional pizza days.
