La Casa De Las Carnitas

10/09/2026

You know what makes a good taco even better?

Good salsa. 🌶️

Here at La Casa De Las Carnitas, we make our salsas from scratch.

Fresh ingredients, roasted and blended right here.

Because when you're making authentic Mexican food, the salsa isn't just a side... it's part of the meal.

And yes... we like it with a little kick. 🔥

Come try them for yourself at La Casa De Las Carnitas inside Crazy Train Bar in Magnolia.

🌮❤️ WHAT A DAY FOR LA CASA DE LAS CARNITAS!

Last week we had the incredible opportunity to be part of a 1,000+ person corporate event with two other food trucks.

And honestly… we were WAY too busy serving people to get much video from inside the kitchen. 😂

But that's okay, because we were doing what we came to do: FEED PEOPLE! 🌮🔥

We served 383 guests tacos, nachos and quesadillas, and we couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity.

We also had the privilege of serving musician Kate Watson, who loved our quesadilla and told us it was AMAZING! ❤️

We're a small, family-owned business, so getting opportunities like this means so much to us.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who trusted La Casa De Las Carnitas to be part of this event. We had an amazing time and we're already looking forward to the next one!

🌮 Need a food truck or catering for your next event?
Send us a message. We'd love to be part of it!

❤️ From our family to yours, thank you for supporting La Casa De Las Carnitas.
