❤️Dearest friends and fans of Rebels Kitchen,
After weeks of consideration (and prayer!), we’ve made the difficult decision not to move forward with our food truck for now.
We are incredibly grateful for all the love, support, and amazing feedback you’ve given us. Serving you has been one of the greatest joys of our lives—and what an adventure it’s been! We’ve learned so much, and we truly hope to carry those lessons with us into a future return to food trucking.
For now, we are relocating semi-permanently to Florida, where life—and the bees 🐝—are calling us to serve in a different way.
This may not be forever goodbye, but we want to express our deepest thanks to each of you who followed our journey, cheered us on, tried our food, came back for more, left kind reviews, and walked alongside us every step of the way.
A very special thank you to Brandon and the amazing bartenders at Currahee Brewing Co for giving us a chance. To Bobby at Lil Stingrays for your generous mentorship, and to Patricia Sweet and Clay Sayre for your faith, patience, and grace—we are so grateful for you.
We send you all our love and best wishes. Keep the good vibes going at Currahee Brewing Co in Franklin, NC—still one of our favorite places! And don’t forget to support your local food trucks and restaurants—Franklin truly has some gems.
