When the bride and groom asked for a TACO & NACHO BAR for their big day, we were ALL IN! Who says you have to stick to traditional wedding food?! 🌮🧀 From BBQ to tacos and nachos, we love getting creative, trying something different, and helping make your special event deliciously unforgettable!

The first photo was our trailer exactly one year ago, before it even got to Mississippi…and the photo on the right is our trailer recently. Same trailer, but WOW — look how full of life, people, memories and JOY it has become!

What started as a crazy idea and a bit of hard work 💪🏼 has turned into something we’re incredibly proud of. And honestly, the best part hasn’t just been the BBQ — it’s been YOU. 🥰

It has been such an honor and a pleasure to roll into your neighborhoods, serve your families, meet new faces, catch up with familiar ones, and become a small part of this amazing community. Every order, every kind word, every share, every repeat customer and every “we’ve been looking forward to seeing y’all” means more to us than you probably realize.

We’re almost one year down…and we’re just getting started! 🥳 please keep sharing our page and we’ll celebrate big at the official 1️⃣ year mark!

Remember those leftover burgers from the weekend? 👀 Check out this GLOW UP! 🔥

That quick little mix I threw together on Sunday got tucked into some flour tortillas, crisped up in the skillet, and turned into Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadillas! 🤤🧀🥓

Paired with a little Comeback sauce for dipping and BOOM—dinner is ready for a busy weeknight! 🙌🏼 (ignore the paper plates we’re eating off of 🫣🤭)

These were SO good and will definitely be a repeater at our house! 💯 Who else loves turning leftovers into something completely new?! 👇🏼

🍔🌯 LEFTOVERS JUST GOT A WHOLE LOT BETTER! 🌯🍔

Got some leftover burgers from the weekend or tailgate? DON’T YOU DARE THROW THOSE BAD BOYS AWAY! 😂 Turn them into a brand-new, ridiculously delicious meal: BACON CHEESEBURGER QUESADILLAS! 🤤

This one is SO easy:
1️⃣ Chop up your leftover cooked burger patties, toss in some cooked bacon pieces, diced onions and plenty of shredded cheese. Boom 👊🏼 That’s it!

2️⃣ Stuff that deliciousness inside a tortilla, grill it up until golden and crispy, slice it into wedges and serve with sour cream, salsa, or Comeback.

🔥 One of our favorite easy meals—and honestly, it might be even better when you’re repurposing those leftover burgers! (I’ve prepped our filling but finished pics coming Tuesday when we get around to eating them for a quick and easy dinner 🙌🏼)

Now we need to know…ARE QUESADILLAS SOMETHING WE SHOULD TRY ON THE STRINGERS LANDING TRUCK?! 👀

We’re thinking this could be a pretty good way to put some of our smoked meats to work! Brisket quesadillas? Pulled pork? Smoked chicken? 🤔🔥
