After 35 years of excellence, Payow and Janet Thongnuam are retiring as the owners of Mickie’s Dairy Bar. While this is the end of a legacy, we are excited to announce that Mickie’s will continue to be its charming self under new ownership starting July 20th. Payow and Janet are beyond grateful for their employees, customers, and community who have made these last three decades possible.

Mickie’s will maintain its normal hours through July 20th, with more information to come in the meantime. Thank you to everyone for your endless support, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Meet our staff: this is Claire. She started working at Mickie’s Dairy Bar in July 2025. When Claire isn’t working here you can find her Bartending or Serving at the Great Dane Pub. Her favorite thing to eat at Mickie’s is a breakfast sandwich with a side of corn beef hash. Come in and say hi!
