š§ Itās National Dairy Month, and around here thatās something worth celebrating. š
Every month we use thousands of pounds of Wisconsin cheese. Our mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta, and Romano comes from Grande Cheese Company, supporting approximately 65 family-owned Wisconsin dairy farms, including several right here in Dane County.
Supporting local farms isnāt a marketing slogan for us, itās how weāve built our business. š¾š
We donāt use āpizza cheeseā blends loaded with fillers, modified food starches, wood cellulose, or natamycin.
Just exceptional cheese made from real Wisconsin milk. š„š§
Weāre also proud to be one of the largest users of uplandscheese Pleasant Ridge Reserve in the area, featured on our Woodsman Pizza, along with outstanding cheeses from Hookās, Carr Valley, Farmer Johnās, Emmi Roth, Montchevre, sartoricheese, and other Wisconsin producers.
From mozzarella and aged cheddar to gouda, blue cheese, chĆØvre, and award-winning alpine-style cheeses, weāre serious about supporting Wisconsin dairy farmers and artisan cheesemakers. ā¤ļø
