Position Requirements:
* Experience with restaurant operations
* Basic math skills in order to track inventory, payroll, etc.
* Ability to work entire shift standing and moving about in restaurants, and kitchen areas.
* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English language, to understand internal documents, and to interact effectively with customers and employees.
* Interacting with customers and the community; responding to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery.
* Hiring and staffing the restaurant to meet established staffing levels
* Positions require you to have a vehicle, to pick up inventory from various vendors in the madison area. (Company covers gas and parking)
