Hey hey! We here at Grillshack are looking to expand our staff. Can you come help us make and serve the best fries in town to the kind people of Nashville?

Experience is great but not required - we will happily train the right candidates. That said, if you have grill and/or management experience and are looking for a place to feel truly valued, please also apply - we would love to be your home.

Howdy folks —

Just a headsup, a company called Ritual is in cahoots with Google in an attempt to scam online ordering fees from the Shack and other small businesses that use Square for online ordering. They’ll charge you an extra dollar and a half to use their AI-driven menu system, which then places the order on our website, and they pocket the sneaky “convenience fee” while adding no value of their own.

I’ve asked Google to remove this option, but they have not yet responded. The Shacks do not charge a fee for online ordering, and the link provided through Google to Square Online or our own page at grillshack.net are safe and legit.

dude. y’all! riverside was hoppin tonight as we hosted a spirit night for the Dan Mills PTO - the school our kids attend that is near and dear to our hearts. Special shout outs to everyone who came to support the PTO, and extra special shout outs to our employees who probably didn’t expect to be this busy on a Tuesday 🤣❤️ we are so grateful! 🍔😍🍔

Come work with us!

We need your help, especially if you already have a job in foodservice, but aren't feeling appreciated. We will train the right applicant regardless of experience. We have a lot to offer..

1. Always $22-27 per hour including tip share - higher for experienced leaders, but never less. Consistent money!
2. No late nights! We're open 11-8 every day, usually done before 9pm.
3. Full time hours in four 9-10hr days per week. (4x10 schedule) Three days off!
4. Great co-workers and management. We care about our staff and want to help them move toward their goals in life.

This job is physically challenging. Applicants must be prepared to lift 50lb objects repeatedly during a shift, and work on their feet moving at top speed for long stretches of time. Experienced senior staff are eligible for profit share and increased hourly wage. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
