Sierah aka CC💗

The girl who once told us she was “way too anxious” to be a waitress… meanwhile now she runs the floor like she owns the building 🤣

She knows your order before you even sit down. She keeps the coffee flowing, the laughs coming, and somehow survives solely on Dunkin and determination. Her smile is contagious, her personality is unforgettable, and at this point half of our patrons have basically adopted her as their own family.

We’ve honestly had customers threaten us with a full blown rivalry if we ever let her leave 💀😂 Safe to say CC has built herself quite the fan club.

What makes her so special isn’t just how amazing she is with customers, it’s how much she cares about her team too. She’s constantly running food for coworkers, helping keep rotation fair, jumping in wherever needed, and doing it all with a smile on her face.

Watching her grow into the confident, hardworking waitress she is today has been incredible. Fun fact, I have been watching Sierah grow since I came into her life at 4 years old. Most of you assume she is my daughter. It happens so frequently, that we do not bother correcting it anymore🤣 We are SO proud of you, CC.

Rusty. Where do we even begin?

Rusty has been holding down the fort at Good & Plenty 2 for YEARS. Reliable, dependable, and probably the only human alive who can spot a crumb from 47 feet away 👀🤣

If you leave a mess in the kitchen, just know Rusty is already on his way to hand you a rag before you even realize you made it. His slight touch of OCD is honestly one of the reasons this place stays running so smooth haha.

When the rest of us are being loud, giggly, and completely distracted with our daily shenanigans, Rusty is the one keeping us all somewhat in line. (We said somewhat 😅)

Thank you, Rusty, for your years of dedication, hard work, and for keeping this crew organized, clean, and under control… most of the time 🤣

Good & Plenty 2 wouldn’t be the same without you! 💙

That’s me, Sharif's bossy sidekick.

AKA the pastry queen 👑 and the best drivers ed instructor around. I’m the one you usually see up front cracking jokes, goofing off, and laughing at my own humor because honestly… I think I’m hilarious.

I might be slightly too laid back with my employees (okay, definitely too laid back), but I love them hard like family. If you work here long enough, congratulations, you’re stuck with me forever 🤣

I also fully admit I run on coffee, redbull and soda water like it’s a life support system. If you see me without either one, just assume something is wrong and proceed with caution.

And yes… I proudly boss Sharif around on a daily basis. Someone has to keep him in line 😏 (love you, babe).

I rely on my staff for guidance. I have no shame in admitting I have to ask 100 times a day about a price on certain meals. I also have to rely on my girls to remind me what the regulars drink when they say "I'll have my usual".

Let’s not forget my weird obsession with bleach and Dawn. Throw me in the dish pit or give me a bucket and I will happily scrub anything, anywhere, anytime. Walls, floors, counters… I don't discriminate.

Tuesday Team Players 👨‍🍳🔥

Today’s Tuesday Team Players spotlight goes out to the crew behind the scenes that keeps everything running hot, clean, stocked, and moving at lightning speed: Sharif, Rusty, Chuck, Robert (or as Brandie calls him… Wizzybear 🤣), Mike, Wyatt, Maggie, and our newest hires Jill & Darien.

While most people see the dining room, these are the people in the kitchen grinding nonstop. They are prepping, cooking, washing dishes, organizing, labeling, dating, cleaning, and somehow keeping up with the chaos that comes with a packed restaurant.
They keep the food coming out hot on sparkling clean plates while moving at a pace most people couldn’t even imagine keeping up with. It’s hard work, exhausting work, and definitely not work everyone could handle.

These are the faces customers don’t get to see nearly enough, but without them… all we’d have to serve is smiles 🤣

Thank you to our kitchen team players for everything you do every single day. We appreciate every one of you ❤️

Monday Motivation ☀️

This Monday Motivation goes out to Laura & Stephen, the duo that starts our week off strong every single time.

Laura walks into a full dining room and handles it like an absolute boss, with her trusty sidekick Stephen right beside her. Our regulars barely have time to sit down before their drinks are already on the table and their orders are being put in. That kind of hustle, memory, and care doesn’t go unnoticed.

From juggling dishes to surviving the chaos that Mondays bring, Laura does it all with grace (and somehow keeps everyone else calm too). Around here she’s the “work mom”, the one we lean on for guidance, support, and help keeping the restaurant running smoothly when things get crazy.
Stephen keeps right up with her, bringing the laughs, the energy, and the teamwork that keeps the whole place moving.

Thank you both for being such an important part of our team. We appreciate you more than words can say, we love you big ❤️

🌟 Sunday Shout Out 🌟

Today’s shout out goes to two girls who absolutely saved the day, Leah & Rylee ❤️

With unexpected call outs and one of the busiest, record breaking days we’ve had, our team was pushed to the limit with only two waitresses on the floor. It could have easily turned into a disaster… but these two stepped up without hesitation. From running drinks, bussing tables, helping customers, and doing whatever needed to be done, they worked nonstop all day long, and somehow still kept smiles on their faces through the chaos.

While one Negative Nancy may have taken to Google to complain, what matters most to us is the teamwork, heart, and determination that filled this restaurant today. We watched our staff come together, support each other, and absolutely crush one of the hardest days we’ve had in a long time.

Leah and Rylee, thank you for your hard work, your positive attitudes, and for caring so much about this place and our customers. We are beyond lucky to have you both on our team.

Days like today remind us that a strong team can get through anything ❤️

🌟 Saturday Spotlight 🌟

Sharif… where do we even begin?

To many of you, he’s the guy behind the grill making sure breakfast comes out perfect every single time. But to us, he’s so much more than that.

He’s my husband. My personal chef. The calm in the chaos. The one staying late with Wizzard making sure the kitchen is spotless long after the last customer leaves. The one baking muffins before most people are even awake. The one leading the team with pride, patience, and a work ethic that never quits.

If you’ve ever walked past the kitchen and heard music, laughter, or someone rapping while juggling eggs and potatoes at the same time… chances are, that was Sharif. 🤣

Behind the scenes, he’s also handling inventory, signing checks, fixing problems before anyone notices them, and doing a hundred little things that keep this place running smoothly every day. Restaurants don’t run because of one person. They run because of people willing to give their heart to them day after day, and Sharif does exactly that. We appreciate everything you do, not just for the business, but for all of us. ❤️

This morning, we had the honor of serving breakfast to some incredible senior football players before they walk across that graduation stage. 💙🏈

For many of these boys, Brandie didn’t just serve them breakfast over the years… she also taught them how to drive. From nervous first turns and learning how to park, to now preparing for the next chapter of life! Watching them grow into young men has been something truly special.

To the Madison class of 2026, graduation is exciting, scary, emotional, and full of possibility all at once. Some of you already know exactly where life is taking you, and some of you are still figuring it out, and that’s okay. Life isn’t a race. Always remember: You WILL fail sometimes. You WILL hit bumps in the road. You WILL have moments where you question yourself. Failure does not define you. It teaches you. It builds character, strength, and resilience. The people who succeed in life aren’t the ones who never fall, they’re the ones who keep getting back up. Have goals. Chase dreams. Work hard. But never measure success only by money or status. Real success is finding peace, happiness, purpose, and people who make you feel like you belong.

Wherever life takes you next, don’t forget where you came from and the people cheering you on from your hometown. We are proud of every single one of you!
