Parthenon Gyros is a third generation Greek family owned and operated award winning Madison institution, making handcrafted gyros since 1972. A very big thank you to all of our millions of loyal Parthenon fans, since we opened our doors as the first gyro restaurant in the great state of Wisconsin. Our famous Gyros are made with 100% house-ground lamb and beef and mixed with simple, natural spices, and our Tzatziki sauce (cucumber garlic sauce) is made from all natural and super good for you Greek yogurt, which we also make right here in-house (from milk!). And although imitation is the greatest form of flattery, the only place in Wisconsin where you can find the original and the best is right here @ 316 State St., Madison, WI. We want to let you know that we love and appreciate every single one of you and the heartfelt stories and memories that you have shared with us by including us in your world, and we look forward to spending the rest of our lives together...

Enrique is an absolute force. No matter how completely ridiculous things get, this guy always keeps his cool. And that calm, playful energy has a way of rubbing off on everyone around him.

Beyond being an awesome teammate, Enrique always has a story, a random fact, or some little piece of information you absolutely did not know you needed until he told you. He makes life better just by being around him.

Eight years is a long time, and we don’t take that kind of loyalty for granted. We’re incredibly lucky to have had Enrique as part of the Parthenon fam for all these years.💙
