A Note from the Owners of Kpeppers

Dear Friends and Valued Customers,

We are writing to you today with heavy hearts to share a recent experience at our restaurant and to ask for your support.

As many of you know, we have poured our lives into Kpeppers, aiming to create a welcoming space for everyone in our community. Unfortunately, on the evening of May 7th, we experienced a distressing incident involving a group of customers who, after a disagreement regarding tipping and service, escalated the situation to a level where we felt it necessary to involve the police for everyone’s safety.

Since that night, we have discovered that a misleading video of the encounter has been circulated on social media, framed to portray us in a light that does not reflect our values or the way we treat our guests. This has resulted in a coordinated "review bombing" on our Google profile, causing our rating to drop for the first time.

It is heartbreaking to see years of hard work and honest service misrepresented in this way. This happening has so much impact on us that we even think about early retirement for a while. We pride ourselves on being a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming business, and we are currently exploring legal avenues to address these false claims and protect our reputation.

How you can help:
If you have visited us recently and had a positive experience, we would be incredibly grateful if you could take a moment to share an honest review on Google. We aren't asking for anything more than your genuine thoughts—your real stories are the best way to help us overcome this wave of misinformation.

To our wonderful K-Peppers community,

We have some very special news to share. We will be taking a break from March 31st through April 16th for a long-awaited trip to South Korea. We are heading over to reunite with our son, who is currently fulfilling his service in the Korean Army.

Because of this, K-Peppers will be temporarily closed during these dates. We will officially reopen and be back to serving you all on Friday, April 17th.

We apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we take this precious time to be with our son and family. Make sure to stop by and see us this week!

On March 28th(Saturday), we will be opening until supplies last with limited menu items. Thanks for understanding!
