Katsuma owned Wasabi at 449 State St., and his wife said she and Ken often put in 14-hour days. The couple closed the restaurant in 2018 after they had difficulty

Time has not healed the hurt of having to close Wasabi Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar back in 2018. I miss all our former employees. I miss our guests and their wonderful stories.

We still have some items that was overstocked at Wasabi. These are just few pictures of items we have in east side storage. We have to- go containers, plates some pots as well. Sushi cooler cases, commercial freezers and even a sushi maki rice sheet maker machine. A painting that hung there. Only the serious PM me. All sales are final and cash only. Thank you.

We are selling our famous AA battery operated clock with sushi nigiri points with chopstick hands. 2 1/2 “ deep and 15 1/2” wide. Cash only. Asking $100. Because of our situation. We still have some items from Wasabi to sell. Please PM me with questions.
