👏 We’ve had so many new faces lately, some guests even came two days in a row. Someone asked me “How long has Taigu been open?” I said, “We were in Middleton for nine years, and we’ve been here for two years now.” They were like: How did we only just find out about this hidden gem...

Also, so many new customers have been ordering the stir-fried rice noodles this weekend and they specifically ask for gluten-free and it’s surprisingly delicious without the soy sauce. One guest even shared it in a Google review for Taigu, hoping that people who can’t eat gluten can also enjoy these delicious stir-fried rice noodles. Thank you Vanessa for sharing—if you ever see this. 👍🙏

New at Taigu: Beef Brisket with Cat Ear Noodles!

Chewy Shanxi-style noodles tossed with our slow-braised beef brisket.

I used to think only my Chinese customers would love beef brisket. Now I watch people of every skin color carry it home and good food doesn't care who you are. 😅

Today is Monday, our day off — but two days ago we received a special request: a farewell gathering for a university department. Two of our kitchen chefs and our front-desk team member A Xi made it all happen beautifully.

With the holiday season approaching, we're happy to take on large catering orders — just book at least one week in advance.

🍀 Tonight, I personally handled five or six takeout orders for chicken or beef Dan Dan rice noodles. All of these customers can’t eat gluten.

This chicken Dan Dan rice noodle dish doesn’t even contain soy sauce, but it still looks so delicious, and appetizing, don’t you think? 😋

🍀 Three years ago, we took over this little grocery store from a wonderful couple stare Steph and Steve, who had run it for over 80 years with generations and turned it into the Taigu Noodles you see today. With dear friend Russ's help, we finally cleared out some of the old metal things left behind, and the basement is all spacious now. 🙏🙏 Thank you so very much to Russ for the help and support

😊 We also cleaned up the trash in the little passageway by the parking lot. A clean space just puts everyone in a good mood!
