Hey Facebook fam,
We just want to take a sec and address a recent anonymous post about us on the Madison Foodie page.
While we’re pretty confident the post was made by a disgruntled former customer (and we acknowledge that there’s a small possibility it wasn’t that person, but regardless…), the claims made on the post are simply untrue. We have addressed the staff, and not a single person has had a customer complaint of mice in the building. The interaction they outlined in their post simply did not happen.
Rest assured, we have regular visits from a local pest control company. We take service and cleanliness seriously. Any concerns or questions can be directed at Clay, Holly, or Ron. We are always open to respectful dialogue!
