Hey folks ! That time of the year is close again 🎃… and Offal Week ( October 26-31 ) is NEAR ! Come join us for the usual extravaganza of braised tripe , sauteed veal sweetbreads, seared veal liver, pig ear salad, poached & fried beef tongue, truffled pate’ , and many other “nasty bits” dishes ( paraphrasing Anthony Bourdain )…. 😊

Hey folks: This upcoming weekend, starting Thursday, we’re having a Summer Black Truffle celebration ! Our “antipasto al tartufo” is back ( three different offerings on the same plate, all made with the prized truffle ), along the black truffle burrata and our norcina sauce ( pork sausage-black truffle cream sauce )… come join us for dinner 😋
