🚗 More parking in Madeira Beach… but on vacant private property?

Our conversation with Mike Wyckoff kicks off with one of the bigger topics being discussed in Mad Beach right now — a temporary parking ordinance.

The idea would allow certain Gulf Blvd. property owners with vacant lots to temporarily use those properties for paid parking, giving them a way to generate some revenue while potentially adding much-needed parking in Madeira Beach.

Good use of vacant property while it’s waiting to be redeveloped? Or not something you want to see along Gulf Blvd.?

🍔 OVER 10,000 BURGERS?! Madeira Beach, you showed UP.

We heard that more than 10,000 burgers were sold during this year’s Burger Week. 🤯

18 restaurants. Thousands of burgers. A whole lot of passports, opinions and probably a few stretchy waistbands. 😂

And we have to give another HUGE shoutout to Max and the Madeira Beach Parks & Rec team for putting this all together. Max, you absolutely crushed it! 👏🍔

Events like this are what make our little beach community so much fun.

Well done, Madeira Beach. Seriously. 🌴❤️
