Meet Olivia! ☕️

Olivia is a 25-year-old coffee professional with over 6 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry. From roasting beans and perfecting pour-overs to crafting espresso drinks and serving customers, she’s spent years honing her passion for great coffee and hospitality.

Her go-to daily drink is a cold brew with honey, but when she’s treating herself, you’ll usually find her ordering something with pistachio or brown sugar and cold foam. We’re excited to have her bringing her experience, creativity, and love for coffee to the truck!
