You can find us along the St. John River in the town of Madawaska next to our Canadian neighbors in New Brunswick and Québec. The region is home to about 14,000 people, mostly of French heritage. It’s also a place of rolling hills, open vistas, pristine waterways, endless forests, plus the acclaimed Allagash Wilderness Waterway and two Maine byways. Every season promises a rich variety of experiences, including local museums, historic churches and sites, festivals, Nordic/downhill skiing, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, cycling, hiking, boating, and countless other cultural and recreational activities.

We came, we saw, we curd-quered! 🏆Who says poutine has to be traditional? We took a risk with apple fries, cheesecake curds and caramel gravy and walked away with first place; 🏅proving that thinking outside the box tastes incredible.
