The Back Burner Restaurant is officially joining United We Dine for Brookdale!

This Thursday, restaurants, coffee shops, and local businesses across Central Georgia are coming together to support the Brookdale Resource Center by donating a portion of their sales to help local families in need.

Make plans to dine out, grab coffee, or shop local at one of our participating locations, and be sure to let them know you’re there for United We Dine for Brookdale.

Since opening its doors, Brookdale has helped more than 5,000 individuals — including over 1,000 children — avoid homelessness and take steps toward long-term stability right here in our community.

Chef Rosas has completed his menu for Mother’s Dsy, which will only be available Sunday, May 10. We’ll be open that day 11:00am til 2:00pm.

The table bread for that day will be a jalapeño feta cornbread, a nostalgic nod to chef’s days at The Tic Toc Room. 🌹

We have completed our menu for Valentine’s Day, Saturday, February 14. We are fully booked for Valentine’s Day, and we appreciate your incredible support and your understanding of the small space we occupy. If you weren’t able to get a reservation, we hope to see you another time very soon!
Note, we do have a few spots open early (4pm/4:30pm) this Friday, February 13. ❤️
