Vietnamese Sandwich - Bánh Mì

Have you ever tried Bánh Mì?

Vietnamese bánh mì is a culinary balance, you will find a crisp, airy baguette stuffed with different savory pork, chicken, beef, sardine…, rich pate & mayonnaise spreads, tangy pickle daikon & carot, fresh cilantro, cucumber and a kick of fresh jalapeno.

The classic street-food style—often called bánh mì đặc biệt (the special or combination sandwich)—is beloved for its incredible contrast of textures, heat, coolness, and umami.

You can choose Lemongrass Tofu Bánh Mì for vegetarian version.

Come to Pho Saigon Macon for a delicious Bánh Mì today. 😋
