Happy Sunday evening friends ☺️

We are finally caught back up from the mess of ice/snow we had as far as running soups/specials. The Crispy Chicken Wrap is your special tomorrow. Blackberry is your cobbler flavor, AND by request: Cosmic Brownies are back again this week 😋.

Smoker will be loaded with the normal lineup: Pork, Brisket, Ribs, Bologna, and Chicken thighs. 🍖🍗

💥 WE FINALLY HAVE ADDED THE CHILI TATER TO THE MENU 💥

One last tid bit: I have finally aquired Annette’s famous Coconut Pie recipe & will be working on that this week. Yall have been asking, I finally listened 😉

Even on the rough days when I'm tired, don't feel like putting on makeup or styling my hair, I know I can get an excellent slice of one of the most incredible peanut butter pies ever made at Three Sams BBQ and Catering in Mabelvale.

Yall cleaned us OUT! We are overwhelmed with gratitude. Even had Andrew’s parents jumping in to help. That’s real family. Yall kept Laikyn & Nana running wild! Again, THANK YOU!

Tomorrow is a BIG day for us. REALLY BIG 🫶🏻

We’ve never been open on a weekend. Not even considered it. Let alone a Sunday. But, change can be good, and we are willing to try.

We love y’all. The ones that have been with us since the beginning, we REALLY appreciate you sticking through so many different life changing events we’ve overcome.

& to the new ones that bring us new things to learn & laugh with. Thank you. it’s been a never ending learning experience for all of us.

First, devastated to hear about the passing of Catherine O'Hara. Truly one of the funniest humans ever.

On a positive note from today, I went to Three Sams BBQ for Chicken & Dumplings Friday. Add these to your list. Perfectly seasoned, pillowy dumplings that are not of the rolled variety (I love both, btw) and absolutely loaded with chicken.
