Good morning!! We are open 11-2 and 5-8 or sellout. We have the new garlic bomb sausage on the menu today. House made all beef sausage link with fresh garlic ground with the meat along with other spices. I also brought back the Texas Trinity plate, it comes with brisket, sausage, and a center cut rib and 2 sides! Stop by and see us today!

Hey y’all!! This week we have a new item on the menu and it’s for all you garlic lovers out there!!

The Garlic Bomb Sausage
Fresh-ground garlic. All beef. Big flavor.

All-beef sausage loaded with fresh garlic cloves ground right in with the meat, then hit with even more garlic, black pepper, and smoke.If you love garlic, this one’s for you! We’ll have it all week.

Friday we are going to have pork steaks on special, out boneless handcut pork steaks seasoned hard with our house rub then rested in a butter bath.

Saturday we will have the smoked brisket cheeseburgers. Our brisket trim ground in house, heavy S&P rub, smoked, hard seared, American cheese x2, grilled onions, house pickles and house burger sauce on a martins potato bun!
