🚨 IMPORTANT MESSAGE 🚨

To our Hines BBQ family —

We will be closed this week (5/28-5/30) as our family gathers to celebrate the life of my brother and attend his funeral.

Over the past several months, so many of you have stopped to ask about him, checked in on our family, and showed genuine care while he was missing. Those conversations, prayers, messages, and support meant more than we can ever properly put into words. Thank you for carrying part of that weight with us.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding during this time as we step away to be with family.

We’ll be back soon. Hug your people a little tighter this week. ❤️

HUTCH — WE’RE COMING FOR YOU THIS SATURDAY.

Saturday, May 23rd, we’re rolling into Sandhills Brewing in Hutchinson loaded down with wood-fired BBQ and one killer special.

We’ll have all the heavy hitters:
• Texas-style brisket
• Pulled pork
• Turkey breast
• Pork ribs
• House made sausage

We’ll have all the sides too, including that new honey butter cornbread!
But the spotlight this Saturday belongs to the Smoked Ribeyes.

We start with thick-cut ribeyes and dry brine them for 12 hours, then they hit the smoker to soak up that oak-fired flavor before getting seared hard for that perfect crust. This is a steakhouse ribeye that spent time in a smoker first.

We’ll see y’all Saturday. 12pm until sellout. We are bringing a ton of food, Come hungry!
