The Tropical T

This taco will always be special to us. We were the first in LA to start making jicama tortillas pickled in hibiscus, and when we brought the Tropical T to Tacolandia, it took home the award for Best Innovation Taco.

The combination is unlike anything else the cold, crisp hibiscus pickled jicama tortilla paired with warm coconut shrimp, topped with fresh mango and pico de gallo. Tropical, bright, refreshing, and full of flavor with every bite.

The Tropical T isn’t going anywhere. It’s one of those tacos that will live on our menu forever, and we hope everyone gets the chance to experience it at least once.

We added roasted chile pasilla and our house made chipotle sauce for just the right amount of smoky heat.
