I cooked a Beauty and the Beast themed dinner last night for my Board of Directors at CVMC.
1st Course: "Lumiere's Hor d'evours" - Jumbo Shrimp and Snow Crab Claws.

2nd Course: "Provincial Cassoulet" - Berkshire pork, duck confit, heirloom legumes and root vegetables.

3rd Course: "The Grey Stuff" - White Chocolate and Oreo frozen souffle on a chocolate shortbread Cookie w/ earl grey creme anglais and frosted rose.
