This drives me WILDDDD. 🤬 When you reach out to a small business, rather than crap on them from behind your computer when you “haven’t heard back”, please check your email first, or reach out again. Not just us, all businesses.
As for here, there is typically ONE human on every email 🙋🏼‍♀️ so yes, sometimes it may take an extra min and I am ALWAYS so grateful for the grace. But, when you actually HAVE received the email (in the estimated time mind you!!) and it just doesn’t say what you want, don’t take it upon yourself to be an A-hole for no reason. Receipts. There is such an ugly side to small business where people think leaving a bad review will scare a business into a better price, a refund, squeezing them into a booked date, an unwarranted apology. Well, enough is enough with that. 😤

I’m sure AI is awesome for things (I’ll have to get back to you on what exactly) but for realistic cake design? NO. The images created by AI are so exaggerated and don’t take into account gravity or the medium. We can always use your AI image as inspo to create something realistic but if you “want it exactly like the pic”, you’re gonna have to have the computer make it for you. 🤖
