Our National Trends and Services Facet, chaired by Link Valerie Younger and co-chaired by Link Jeanette Briggs, proudly acknowledges and celebrates the Lynchburg (VA) Chapter’s attendance and support of the upcoming NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet.
The Banquet Committee includes several members of the Lynchburg (VA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, who are serving alongside fellow NAACP committee members to plan an evening that promises to be unique, inspiring, and uplifting. Their collective commitment reflects the spirit of service and collaboration that strengthens our community.
Our connection to the NAACP extends well beyond this special event. Every member of our chapter has maintained membership in the Lynchburg NAACP Unit and/or surrounding NAACP units, demonstrating our shared commitment to advocacy, civic responsibility, social justice, and community engagement.
Nationally and locally, The Links, Incorporated and the NAACP share a longstanding commitment to empowering communities through civic engagement, voter education, voter registration, and voter outreach initiatives.
Our chapter is proud to continue strengthening this important partnership and putting our commitment into action.
As Links, we understand that our presence matters, our voices matter, and our votes matter.
Supporting the NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet is another meaningful opportunity to stand together in friendship and service while advancing the work that strengthens the communities we are privileged to serve.
