This week's new feature is Butter Poached Chilean Sea Bass with rosemary parmesan polenta and a sauteed vegetable medley. We are also featuring Greiling Gardens tomatoes Caprese Salad and fresh Gazpacho, classic Eggplant Parmesan, Grilled Lamb Rack, and Apple Crisp 🍎

Supporting local never tasted so good 🍅

We're so happy to be working with Greiling Gardens in Maribel, they brought in 50lbs of their freshly grown tomatoes! There is nothing quite like using locally grown ingredients and knowing we're supporting another small business right here in our community.

We're proud to work with local growers whenever we can... and we've already been putting these to good use in our kitchen 🧡
