Our founder, Mina, used to weigh 500 pounds before he successfully lost half his body weight using only diet and exercise. Throughout his four year journey, Mina leveraged his knack for experimentation to develop heal

thy and delicious alternatives to some of his favorite baked goods. Our breads and pastries are baked fresh every morning and are chock-full of protein, fat, fiber, and tons of flavor. We like to consider our products as the natural evolution of bread and baked goods. All of our ingredients are locally sourced from Northern California farms and other small businesses.
