The Jess Salad: fresh lettuce, chicken tender bites, tomato, onion, cucumber, shredded cheese, and carrots. $11.00. Big enough to be lunch.
Same dining room. Same paper-towel roll. Different plate.

The Gus: bacon, cheese, grilled onions, egg, and the works, on a bun or Texas toast. Fresh-ground chuck, patted out daily.

This is the part you can smell from the sidewalk. 🤤
Secret-recipe homemade chili, ladled onto a 100% beef dog while the snap is still in the casing. Onion after. Mustard last.
That chili is why people who left Page County still argue about this dog.
It’s why hikers make East Main a must-stop instead of eating in the car.
