Hello and Happy Sunday!

We will be temporarily closed for the foreseeable future. We hope to be back in the late Fall with collards. Please check back for updates!

Thank you all so much for the love and support.

You know it’s bad when you’ve been outside for five minutes and are already using your tshirt as a sweat rag!

It’s bittersweet to see things slow up. We’ve got all that’s shown available. I anticipate it continuing to slow as I need to can and preserve for our family.

I can’t thank everyone enough for all of the love and appreciation you’ve shown! It’s so humbling and such an honor. I always give all the glory to God. Even in the small things like a pepper plant he provides and cares for so tenderly. I love that about our creator. I am continuing to pray about where God wants all the proceeds from the stand this year, and I will keep everyone posted on that!

As for the future, I will continue to update the stand every Monday but I do not foresee a whole bunch. I do have some very young okra plants and am planning on a bunch of collards this winter, so please stay tuned.

This has been such a joy and blessing to play with and work and I’ve learned so much for next year. I intend to have an even bigger garden next year with more options and quantities.

I pray a special blessing over everyone. I pray that stopping at our little stand will help you to feel the love and care of God. A peace that surpasses all understanding awaits us through the blood of God’s son, Jesus Christ. All we have to do is turn in faith and repent and believe. Just like the produce, it’s really always been that simple.

Much love and happy (sweltering) Monday ❤️

Happy Thursday (Friday Eve)!

We don’t have a whole lot to add today—not sure if the plants are tired or I’m too eager or it’s too hot. Maybe all three!

I am going to drop down to pick once a week every Monday.

Right now there are plenty of yellow tomatoes, a couple zucchini, one mushroom basket tomato, plenty of peppers, and one bunch of basil.

Our sunflowers bloomed, so I put some out. Don’t forget to grab your free flower or grab a couple and share with others.

Oh and I almost forgot! We’ve got Marigold seed packets for sale. There’s plenty of seeds in there and each pack is $1.00. It’s mixed variety.

Stay safe and cool 🥰

We’re back!

There was a gracious bounty picked today!
We’ve got plenty of lemon boy tomatoes and green peppers. Cucumbers, basil, cinnamon basil, one bunch of lavender, and all kinds of peppers.

Mushroom basket tomatoes are new to us. I couldn’t imagine they’d grow this pretty! They’re just now starting to ripen, so we’ve got one available.

In the free section is one bunch of rosemary, one small zucchini, and one tiny mushroom basket tomato. I’ve got the signs back out were at 5232 North Old Wire Road, Lumber Bridge.

Happy Monday 💚💚💚

We picked Thursday because the weekends have been slow. We don’t have a whole lot but there’s still zucchini, squash, San Marzano tomatoes, lemon boy tomatoes, cucumbers, thyme, oregano, and jalapeños.

We won’t be picking next week to give the plants some time to catch up.

Lastly, thank you so much for your patience. Gardening is truly a learning experience. Though we’ve been doing this for years, each year we learn more. I hope to have a bigger variety next year to include more tomatoes, okra, green peppers, etc. we definitely need more plants!

For the fall/winter we’re going to look to sell collard heads. Stay tuned! But until then thank you for your patience and support. All funds will be given towards a good cause, and, again, more information to come 🥰
