About a month ago we RE-opened the dining room after an extensive YEAR LONG remodel and it looks AMAZING thanks to Campagnari Construction. CALL THEM! they're GREAT the real deal and they can do it all. Breath of fresh air from the local options.

So to navigate the rush - and try to cut back a bit on the phone - and to streamline the massive takeout sales a bit (we just stopped answering the phones) we setup a cool AI PHONE system. she's great, never calls in, always on time for work. lol 😉

This top of line system quickly sends a link to your phone if you ask - and will eventually take orders, but our menu is just too hard right now.

(AND WOW!) i thought we were gonna lose big with some people but damn sales doubled!

At the same time THE TEAM (tripled their output) speed because we don't need to stop what we're doing answering phones and cashing people out. Everyone is much happier.

OUR take on 10 pizza bake styles keep people coming in from 10-15 local city's and towns everyday.

I can see more shops going this way due to shortage of staff.
i just love trying out trends- taking the risk. lucky this is just a 4 hour hobby shop - i would love to keep it SMALL and fun for me my kids working there.

(What a dream!) WE do this 4 hours a day!
WE do this because its special. I can see this running like this for many years now as a hobby I can be a part of as roll into my army retirement phase of my life.

It's really fun how the trends change here at Casa Pizzeria week to week.
Most of the time NEW HAVEN STYLE sells like crazy but lately our pizza lovers go way into the rare (super thick pizza club) with the DETROIT STYLE "a THICK Pan Pizza" its big filler up and a big seller 5 towns away and counting.

Once our real pizza lovers get (the CASA concept ) it gets real!

another THICK pizza thats gaining popularity like DETROIT is the SICILIAIN "PAN pizza" it's thick. Its fluffy and satisfying!
*PRO TIP is to dip it/SLATHER IT - into a big cup of OUR House Made Marinara for the win.

Thats just 3 of our 15 back styles we offer OUR TAKE on. Its fun, and we're the only shop in the state to offer this type of pizza experience .
