Thank you everyone for the success of our first official "summer season" holiday weekend. Beginning June 1st, Northstar will be closed Mondays & Tuesdays, with hours of operation Wednesday-Sunday 7:30-3:30 pm.

This Mother’s Day weekend at Northstar.

Open all weekend, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Gruyere and ham frittata with green onion. Comes with a little side salad and a baguette. The kind of breakfast that makes you sit down for a minute.🥖

Chambord truffles. Dark chocolate, French raspberry liqueur, raspberry sanding sugar all the way through. A few of them tucked in a stamped little bag with a ribbon, ready to hand to her.🍬

Yellow cake cupcakes, homemade, strawberry frosting and cutie special sprinkles. 🧁

Bring her in for breakfast. Take something home. Whatever shape Mother’s Day takes for you this year, we’ve got you.

Thank you everyone for your well wishes and all you did to make yesterday's grand opening a success. ✨

We heard your comments and we appreciate each and every one of you. We were unable to predict volume yesterday after the sleepy winter. As such we went through quite a bit of product-including and most importantly milk. We were here late last night and ran out of time. What that means is, we will be open a bit later this morning as Maria needs to run to IGA to grab some.

To the customer who called just now for a to go order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Maria completely spaced putting the message regarding the opening time glitch out on Facebook this morning. Thank you so much for pointing it out! Again, our apologies to you and when you do make it back to Northstar, we would like to treat you to a cup of coffee.☕️🫶🏻

Our Grand Opening of Northstar Coffee is TOMORROW. ☕️
7:30 am to 3:30 pm

Come for signature coffees, our new year-round food menu, and a spring seasonal menu (we’ll have one for every season). Our retail area is stocked with intentionally selected Maine-made goods that are affordable and beautiful, and worth the trip on their own.

Mostly, come be in community with us. We’re building something special here.
