We had our health inspection today and scored a 97! 🎉👏

I’m SUPER proud of our team! I usually freak out a little anytime the health inspector walks through the door because I want to be there making sure everything is perfect. 😂

Well, today I wasn’t there, and my team handled the entire inspection completely on their own and did AWESOME!

I know a 97 isn’t a perfect 100, but hey, that’s a pretty dang strong A+ in my books! 😂 More than anything, I’m proud knowing that even when I’m not there, my team knows what’s expected and takes pride in keeping Rachael’s clean, safe, and running the way it should.

Great job, Rachael’s team! I’m proud of y’all! ❤️👏

Something that literally took me a couple of years to perfect was our recipe for homemade flour tortillas.

There was A LOT of trial and error… probably more error than anything. 🤣 Changing things, starting over, messing them up, trying again, and wondering why something so simple could be so dang difficult.

But I can officially say we finally got it, and these are some of the BEST homemade flour tortillas!

Fresh, soft, made from scratch, and made daily right here at Rachael’s. Definitely one recipe I’m proud to say we perfected!
